NOTES TO THE AUTHOR AND REFEREES

Note to referees
JOBIG invites academics who are experts in the field to evaluate the publications via their e-mail addresses registered in Dergipark. With the acceptance of the e-mail invitation, the referee evaluates the candidate study without the knowledge of author(s)s’ identity. The period given to referees for publication evaluation is 15 days. A reminder e-mail is sent to the referee who does not respond during this period. In line with the acceptance of the reminder e-mail by the referee and the statement that the process will continue, the referee is given 15 days. The referee who does not evaluate the publication within the required period will be removed from the process and the publication will be sent to a new referee. The responsibilities and obligations of the referees during the publication evaluation process are as follows:
• The comments of the referees on the studies should be objective.
• While evaluating the publications, referees have the right to evaluate in terms of violation of ethical principles and plagiarism. If there is such a suspicion, the referee should apply to the editor with a detailed justification.
• The referee may request data, information and reference from the author(s) regarding the publication, if he deems necessary.
• After evaluating the publication, the referee should justify his/her decision.
• If the referee makes a 'refusal' decision, he/she should justify and support his/her decision with references.
• No personal criticism should be made against the researcher(s). Opinions, comments and decisions should be supported by clear references and evidences; and should be guiding and constructive to the researcher(s).
• If the referees have any conflict of interest regarding the publication (consulting, contributing, etc.), they it should be indicated and the publication should not be included in the review process.
• The confidentiality of the information in the publications should be respected and protected before it is published.
• Referees should submit requests from authors through the editor, rather than directly contacting with the author(s).

Note to Authors
The publication of the author(s) who submits a publication to JOBIG is accepted on the condition that they fulfill some obligations. The points that authors should pay attention to while sending their publications to the journal and their obligations are stated as follows.
• Publications should be original, contributing to its field, having scientific study features, and follow the scientific research process.
• Publications that are not organized in JOBIG spelling rules and article format will not be included in the evaluation process.
• If the publication has been published or presented elsewhere, the journal in which it is published or the organization where it is presented should be declared in the footnote.
• If the publication is supported by an institution or organization, information about the institution or organization and sponsorship should be given in the study.
• The publication should not be sent to more than one journal at the same time. If the author(s) applies to more than one journal and this is detected, the study will be withdrawn from the process. If such a situation is detected in published studies, the study will be removed from publication. The cancellation of the study and its justification are announced in the summary section of the publication. The author(s) are added to the "Banned Authors" and their publications will not be accepted to JOBIG journal.
• The author(s) are responsible for sharing all data and information requested by the referee or editor regarding the publication.
• If there is more than one author, the responsible author must be specified.
• Author(s) are obliged to prove that there is no ethical violation in the study. For publications that require an ethics committee certificate, application process does not start before uploading the ethics committee certificate to the system.
• The author(s) are given 21 days to make the required corrections.
• The authors should explain and justify the revisions and corrections they have made in detail in a separate file.
• If the author(s) do(es) not make the requested corrections and improvements within the given time, the evaluation process of the publication will be terminated and the second application to the journal will not be evaluated.
