RESMİ KALKINMA YARDIMI (RKY) VE RESMİ KALKINMA YARDIMININ DEMOKRASİNİN DESTEKLENMESİ VE EGEMENLİK İLE İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Devletler artan bir biçimde Resmi Kalkınma Yardımlarını (RKY) kendi
menfaatlerini savunmak için diğer devletleri etkilemek adına kullanmaktadırlar.
Fakat, RKY anlam açısından ve praktikte, demokrasinin desteklenmesi (rejim
ihracı) ve egemenlik normları ile benzer bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Bu
yüzden, bu makale, öncelikle yukarıda bahsi geçen kavramları güzel bir şekilde
açıkladıktan sonra bu konseptlerin birbirileri ile olan ilişkilerini
anlatmaktadır.

Abstract

Official
Development Assistance (ODA) has become a way that states exert their influence
over the other states. However, the concept of the ODA has been a point of
debate, particularly in relation with democracy promotion and sovereignty. This
paper tries to clarify each concept and explain their relations with each
other.
