BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF ARTICLES ON COURAGE AT WORKPLACE

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the research trends of studies on courage and work/business life by analyzing the literature in different disciplines in the last 30 years between 1992-2022 by using bibliometric analysis. In this context, 67 articles written on courage and work and workplace that were published in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) database were evaluated by using bibliometric analysis. It is seen that the subject of courage has been increasingly studied over the years. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that articles on courage and work/business life were conducted in different disciplines such as management, health, business, psychology, psychiatry, philosophy, and anthropology. Among these, management and health studies are at the forefront. Also, studies on nurses are the most numerous. It is evaluated that this bibliometric analysis will be a guide for academicians who will do research on courage.

Abstract

ÖZ: Bu çalışmanın amacı, 1992-2022 yılları arasındaki son 30 yıllık dönemdeki farklı disiplenlerdeki literatürü bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile analiz ederek cesaret ve iş/iş yaşamı ile ilgili yapılan çalışmaların araştırma eğilimlerini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda, Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) veritabanında iş ve iş yerinde cesaret konusu üzerine yayınlanmış 67 makale bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi değerlendirilmiştir. Cesaret konusunun, yıllara sari olarak giderek daha çok artan oranda araştırıldığı görülmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, cesaret ve iş yaşamı konusunda yönetim, sağlık, işletme, psikoloji, psikiyatri, felsefe, antropoloji gibi farklı disiplinlerde çalışmalar yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar arasında, yönetim ve sağlık çalışmaları ön sırada gelmektedir. Hemşireler üzerine yapılan çalışmalar ise sayıca en fazla olanıdır. Yapılan bu bibliyometrik analizin, cesaret konusunda araştıma yapacak akademisyenlere yol gösterici olacağı değerlendrilmektedir.

ARAŞTIRMA VE YAYIN ETİĞİNE İLİŞKİN DERGİ POLİTİKAMIZ

Etik Kurul izni gerektiren çalışmalar (anket ya da ölçek uygulamayı gerektiren, görüşme ve gözlem içeren; doküman, resim, anket vb. diğerleri tarafından geliştirilen ve kullanım izni gerektiren çalışmalar) için etik kurullardan ya da komisyonlardan gerekli izinlerin araştırma yapılmadan önce alınmış olması, bunların makale içeriğinde belirtilmesi ya da ek olarak sunulması gerekmektedir. Bu izinlerin olmaması durumunda yayın ön inceleme safhasında yazara iade edilir.  

Diğer yandan, Araştırma Makalelerinde verisi 2020 yılından önce toplanmış makaleler için ETİK KURUL İZNİ istenmemektedir. Ancak yine bu makalelerde de yöntem kısmında verilerin toplanma tarihlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmesi gerekmektedir.

Hakem değerlendirmelerinde olan araştırmalara ilişkin ham verilerin hakemler tarafından talep edildiğinde sunulması şarttır. Verilerin makalenin yayımı sonrasında da gerektiğinde sağlanması zorunludur. 

MAKALE BENZERLİK RAPORU VE BENZERLİK ORANI HAKKINDA DERGİ POLİTİKAMIZ


Aday makaleler akademik intihal engelleme programından (Örneğin: Turnitin, Ithenticate, intihal.net vb.) alınmış orijinallik raporu ile birlikte gönderilmelidir. Bu oran %20'ye kadar kabul edilmektedir. %20'nin üzerinde benzerlik oranı olan çalışmalar ön kontrol aşamasında iade edilecektir.
