Mizanu’l-Haqq: Journal
of Islamic Studies (MIZAN) is a double blind peer-reviewed
international journal published by the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Izmir
Kâtip Çelebi University, Izmir, Turkey. The Journal publishes
research papers in the fields of religion in general, Islam in particular twice
a year, in December and in June.
MIZAN welcomes
original research papers, translations, reviews for books, articles, thesis,
projects, symposiums and conferences, critical textual studies, simplified
reports and the like. The main objective of MIZAN is
to provide an intellectual platform for the scholars of religion and of Islam
to share their research with the scientific milieu. It is expected that the
manuscripts submitted for publication make scholarly contribution to religious
and Islamic studies, address practical as well as theoretical issues preparing
the ground for discussing the religious problems that individuals and
communities face, and put forward a set of proposals for consideration and
exchange of ideas.
