  • The paper that is reviewed three times at the Preliminary Examination stage but fails to pass this process is returned to the author and is not processed again in the same publication period.

  • The editor peruses the submitted paper with regard to both form and content before sending it on to referees. The editor then sends the paper to the internal reviewer from the members of the Editorial Board according to their field of expertise. Authors are informed within the process about the decision regarding the publication of their papers.
