HEMŞİRELERDE ÇALIŞMA ORTAMINDA ALGILANAN GÜVENİN İŞ DOYUMU DÜZEYLERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Sağlık organizasyonları insan yaşamında hayati bir rolü olması nedeniyle etkinlik ve verimliliğinin sağlanması gereken organizasyonların başında yer almaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada, sağlık bakım sistemlerinin verimliliği, etkinliği ve sürdürülebilirliğini belirlemede kritik bir role sahip olan hemşirelerin örgütsel güven algıları ve iş doyumları ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı hemşirelerde algılanan örgütsel güvenin iş doyumu düzeylerine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Söz konusu değişkenler arasındaki ilişki; faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi gibi istatistiksel yöntemler ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Eskişehir ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan hemşireler örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Bu konuda hazırlanan anket formu ile 352 çalışandan toplanan veriler kullanılarak çalışmada yer alan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, algılanan örgütsel güvenin iş doyumunu pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
