ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET, İŞ-AİLE ÇATIŞMASI İLİŞKİSİ: BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Year 2018, Issue: 55, 52 - 72, 23.02.2018

Abstract

THE RELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT: A RESEARCH IN BANKING SECTOR

Year 2018, Issue: 55, 52 - 72, 23.02.2018

Abstract

The aim of this study is to research the
effect of the perception of organizational justice of workers in banking sector
on the conflict level between their work and family. In the study, all
dimensions of the organizational justice, the work-family conflict and the
relationships between them are determined. The sampling of the present study
consists of 172 employes working in both the state and private banks serving in
Bayraklı district of İzmir in Turkey. Various SPSS and AMOS statistical
programs were used in the data analysis in order to determine the relationships
among distributive justice, procedure justice, interaction justice, which are
the sub-dimensions of organizational justice, and the work-family conflict.
From the study, it is found that the organizational justice and its
sub-dimensions have meaningful but negative relationship with the work-family
conflict. Hence some suggestions have been made to bank employees and
employers.
