THE EFFECT OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract

Change management practices are rapidly gaining importance for all institutions and are starting to be implemented. Change management facilitates the adaptation of institutions to rapidly changing technology and enables them to find the most suitable market for themselves within the competitive conditions. At the same time, this method motivates the employees in the best way, providing an increase in business performance and thus increasing the profitability of the business in the long run. In our age, businesses must adopt and implement change management practices in order to maintain their activities in a healthy way and to compete with other companies in their sector or field. In this study, a research was conducted on change management practices in organizations and the effects of these practices on health institutions. The effects of change management practices on employee performance were examined. As a result of the research, it was concluded that change management practices are an effective variable on employee performance.
