Serap Sap is currently an Assistant Professor in Marketing and Head of the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Managerial Science, Abdullah Gul University. She earned her PhD from Brunel Business School, Brunel University London and her MBA degree from LeBow College of Business, Drexel University, USA. Her research interest includes the area of artificial intelligence, digitalisation, corporate branding, consumer behaviour and small and medium-sized enterprises. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Production Planning & Control, and the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics.
