Öz

Although strategic management has performance-based approach in global competitive environment, every firms applying strategic management process can’t increase their performance. There is a lot of factor in that issue. In this context, it is believed that the person-organization fit has a moderating role in the relationship between strategic management and organizational performance. So, it is conducted a research in tourism sector to determine the effect of strategic management on organizational performance and to determine whether there is a moderating effect of POfit in this relationship. As a result of this analysis, The results shown there is a relationship between strategic management and organizational performance and also there is a moderating effect of POfit in this relationship

STRATEJİK YÖNETİM ÖRGÜTSEL PERFORMANS İLİŞKİSİNDE KİŞİ-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN ROLÜ

Öz

ÖZET: Küresel rekabet ortamında stratejik yönetim performans temelli bir yaklaşım olmasına rağmen stratejik yönetim süreçlerini uygulayan her işletme örgütsel performansını artıramamakta ya da sürdürememektedir. Bu sorunun temelinde pek çok faktör bulunmaktadır. Bu çerçevede kişi- örgüt uyumunun stratejik yönetim – örgütsel performans ilişkisinde düzenleyici etkilerinin olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu kapsamda; turizm sektöründe stratejik yönetim uygulamalarının çalışanların algıladıkları örgütsel performans üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi ve bu ilişkide kişi - örgüt uyumunun düzenleyici rolünün olup olmadığını belirlenmesine yönelik ampirik bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda stratejik yönetim ile örgütsel performans arasında bir ilişki olduğu ve kişi örgüt uyumunun bu ilişkide düzenleyici rol üstlendiği belirlenmiştir.

Etik Kurul izni gerektiren çalışmalar (anket ya da ölçek uygulamayı gerektiren, görüşme ve gözlem içeren; doküman, resim, anket vb. diğerleri tarafından geliştirilen ve kullanım izni gerektiren çalışmalar) için etik kurullardan ya da komisyonlardan gerekli izinlerin araştırma yapılmadan önce alınmış olması, bunların makale içeriğinde belirtilmesi ya da ek olarak sunulması gerekmektedir. Bu izinlerin olmaması durumunda yayın ön inceleme safhasında yazara iade edilir.  

Diğer yandan, Araştırma Makalelerinde verisi 2020 yılından önce toplanmış makaleler için ETİK KURUL İZNİ istenmemektedir. Ancak yine bu makalelerde de yöntem kısmında verilerin toplanma tarihlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmesi gerekmektedir.

Hakem değerlendirmelerinde olan araştırmalara ilişkin ham verilerin hakemler tarafından talep edildiğinde sunulması şarttır. Verilerin makalenin yayımı sonrasında da gerektiğinde sağlanması zorunludur.
