ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 VE KARANLIK ÜRETİM: GENEL BİR BAKIŞ

Öz

Endüstri
4.0 ya da dördüncü sanayi devrimi olarak bilinen bu süreç, son üretim
teknolojilerinin, otomasyon sistemlerinin ve bu sistemi oluşturan
teknolojilerinin bir birleriyle veri alışverişinde bulunduğu sistemi ifade
etmektedir. Bu yeni sistem, Siber Güvenlik, Siber-Fiziksel Sistemler, Bulut
Teknolojileri, Akıllı Fabrikalar, Nesnelerin İnterneti, İnternet Servisleri,
Öğrenen Robotlar, Büyük Veri,  Sanal
Gerçeklik ve 3 Boyutlu Yazıcılar gibi yüksek teknoloji içerikli bileşenlerden oluşmaktadır.
Bu bileşenlerin rol aldığı üretim sistemi ise karanlık üretim olarak
adlandırılmaktadır.



Bu
çalışmada, Endüstri 4.0 ve Karanlık Fabrikalar bağlamında, insanları işçi
olmaktan çıkarıp, planlayıcı ve koordinatör pozisyonuna taşımak adına
insanlarla ve etraflarındaki akıllı cihazlar ile bağlantı kurabilen makine
öğrenmesi yeteneklerine sahip robotlarla karanlık üretim yaklaşımı ele
alınmıştır.

INDUSTRY 4.0 AND LIGHT OUT MANUFACTURING: AN OVERVIEW

Öz

Industry
4.0 or the fourth industrial revolution refers to the system in which the
latest production technologies exchange data with one of the automation system
and the technologies that make up this system. This new system; Cyber ​​Security,
Cyber-Physical Systems, Cloud Technologies, Smart Factories, Internet of
Objects, Internet Services, Learning Robots, Big Data, Virtual Reality And 3D
Printers. Light out factories represent the production mode in which all of
these systems are used in production systems.



In this
study, In the context of Industry 4.0 and Light out factories, the non-luminous
production approach of robots that are able to communicate with humans and
intelligent devices around them, which has the ability of soldering robot,
machine learning ability, forming the infrastructure of human being to come out
from being a worker and reaching a planner and coordinating position is
discussed.
