Ortadoğu bölgesi derin bir jeopolitik
ve ekonomik yeniden yapılanma içerisindedir. 2010 yılı ile birlikte başlayan
süreçte demokratikleşme umutları, beklentileri; yerini çözülme, güvensizlik ve
kırılganlık sarmalına bırakmıştır. Ortadoğu Bölgesi’ndeki çatışmalardan biri
olan Suriye Iç Savaşı, en çok Türkiye’yi etkilemiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı,
Suriyeli mültecilerin Türk ekonomisi üzerine etkilerini yansıtmaktır. Bu
çerçevede Türk ekonomisi üzerindeki etkiler üç farklı noktada ele alınacaktır:
Ekonomik büyüme, uluslararası ticaret, işsizlik ve factor piyasaları. Ardından
bu üç boyutun Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği ve Rusya ile ilişkilerini nasıl
etkilediği incelenecektir. Nihai olarak da Suriye İç Savaşının ve Savaşın neden
olduğu mülteci krizinin Türkiye’nin ekonomisini olumsuz etkilediği ileri
sürülecektir.

Öz
The Middle East is undergoing a profound
geopolitical and economic restructuring. Since 2010, the region has
transitioned from a region with expectations for democratization, emanating
from the 2010 wave of revolutions, headed back to fragility and insecurity. Of
the Middle East conflicts, Syrian Civil War has the greatest impact on Turkey.
The aim of the study is to reflect the economic impact of Syrian refugees on
Turkey's economy. This article evaluates this impact by analyzing
Turkey’s economy from three separate fronts: Economic growth, international
trade, and unemployment and factor markets. The
concluding discussion examines how these aspects affected Turkey’s relations
with European Union and Russia. It affirms that Syrian Civil War and the
refugee crisis deviated Turkish economy.
