İMALAT İŞLETMELERİNİN TEDARİKÇİ ENTEGRASYONLARI İLE LOJİSTİK PERFORMANSLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ ÜZERİNE ÇEVRESEL BELİRSİZLİĞİN DÜZENLEYİCİ ROLÜ

Öz

Tedrikçileriyle entegre olan
işletmelerin daha iyi performans sergilediği önceki çalışmalarda ispatlanmıştır.
Bu çalışmada ise, yapısal eşitlik modeli kurularak, tedarikçi entegrasyonunun
belirlenen lojistik performansı boyutlarına etkisi ve çevresel belirsizliğin bu
etkide ki düzenleyici rolü araştırılmıştır. 165 üretim işletmesi üzerinde
yapılan bu araştırmada hipotezler doğrulanmış ve tedarikçi entegrasyonunun
lojistik performansı boyutlarına etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca
tedarikçi entegrasyonuyla lojistik performansı arasındaki ilişkide çevresel
belirsizliğin düzenleyici etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur.
