Kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk (KSS) konusunda tüm dünyada artan sosyal farkındalıkla birlikte, KSS kavramı hem akademik literatürde hem de yönetimsel uygulamalarda büyük ilgi görmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bulanık DEMATEL yöntemi kullanılarak işletmelerin KSS uygulamalarının yerli ve yabancı tüketicilerin bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmesi ve karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre KSS uygulamaları yerli ve yabancı tüketicilerin bakış açısına göre farklılık göstermektedir. Yerli karar vericilerin değerlendirmelerine göre K1: Topluma karşı sorumluluk uygulamaları diğer uygulamalar üzerinde, yabancı karar vericilerin değerlendirmelerine göre K2: Çevreye karşı sorumluluk uygulamaları diğer KSS uygulamaları üzerinde en çok etkiye sahip uygulamalardır. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren işletmelere KSS stratejileri kapsamında bu çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçların katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
With the increasing social awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) all over the world, the concept of CSR attracts great attention both in academic literature and managerial applications. The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices of companies with the fuzzy DEMATEL method from the perspective of local and foreign customers. According to the findings obtained from the study, the impact level of CSR practices varies according to the perspectives of local and foreign consumers. According to the evaluations of the local decision-makers K1: Society practices, according to the evaluations of the foreign decision-makers, K2: Environmental practices are the practices that have the most impact on other CSR practices. It is thought that the results obtained from this study will contribute to the companies operating in Turkey within the scope of CSR strategies.
