OTOMOTİV SEKTÖRÜNDEKİ İNOVASYON YETENEĞİ KAYNAKLARININ AHP İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract



İnovasyon, teknolojik gelişmelerin etkisi ile
şekillenen günümüz pazar koşullarında işletmelerin rekabet avantajı yaratma ve
sürdürme yeteneklerinin önemli bir parçası olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada,
diğer sektörlere nazaran daha homojen özellikler taşımaları ve teknolojik
inovasyon konusuna odaklı faaliyet göstermeleri sebebi ile otomotiv sektöründe
yer alan işletmelerde inovasyonu ortaya çıkaran işletme yeteneklerinin göreli
önem derecelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla, öncelikle bir
literatür incelemesi yapılarak inovasyon yeteneğini etkileyen işletme
yetenekleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu yeteneklerin inovasyon sürecindeki göreli
önem derecelerini belirlemek için otomotiv sektöründe görev yapan üst düzey
yöneticilerden oluşan bir uzman grubunun görüşleri alınmıştır. Analiz
aşamasında Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) kullanılmıştır.
