Abstract
The Qur'an, since the day it was revealed, has captivated the interest of people and many individuals have engaged with its text. Numerous studies have been conducted on the textualization of the Qur'an throughout history. In this context, the work in question expresses views on the process of the Qur'an's textualization and the arrangement of verses and chapters. This work, which we will discuss, signifies the textualization process of the Qur'an, emphasizing the structural order of verses and chapters. The author has provided independent explanations in relevant annotations when necessary. The work, enhanced with annotations and essentially possessing the nature of a commentary, serves as a reference source.

Abstract
Kur’ân-ı Kerim, nâzil olduğu günden günümüze kadar insanların ilgisini çekmiş ve birçok insan onun metniyle ilgilenmiştir. Kur’ân’ın metinleşmesi üzerine bugüne kadar pek çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda eserde Kur'ân’ın metinleşme sürecine, âyet ve sûrelerin tertibine dair görüşler dile getirilmiştir. Ele alacağımız bu eser Kur’ân’ı Kerim’in metinleşmesi sürecini, âyet ve sûrelerin tertibinin tevkîfiliğini ifade etmektedir. Yazar gerekli durumlarda ilgili dipnotlarda eserden bağımsız açıklamalara yer vermiştir. Dipnotlarla zenginleştirilen ve aslında bir şerh niteliğine haiz eser bir başvuru kaynağı özelliğini taşımaktadır.
