This study was conducted to measure the effect of organizational commitment perception on psychological well-being in healthcare employees. The study also tested whether there was a significant difference between socio-demographic variables and organizational commitment and psychological well-being variables. The number of health employees who contributed to the study is 125. In the study, personal data form, organizational commitment scale and psychological well-being scale were used in data collection. SPSS 21 and Amos 22 package programs were used to evaluate the data. As a result; in this study, health employees ' perceptions of organizational commitment and psychological well-being were found to be high. It has been determined that organizational commitment has a statistically significant and positive effect on psychological well-being. It was determined that the sub-dimension of the organizational commitment scale had a statistically significant and positive effect on psychological well-being. It has been observed that other sub-dimensions (emotional attachment, normative attachment) have no significant effect on psychological well-being. It can be said that improvements to the perception of organizational commitment in health employees will have positive contributions to psychological well-being.
