Beliren Yetişkinlikte Romantik İlişki Kalitesi ile Bağlanma İlişkisinde Psikolojik İhtiyaçlar ve Zedelenmiş Otonominin Aracı Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, beliren yetişkinlik dönemindeki üniversite öğrencilerinin erken dönem uyumsuz şemalarından zedelenmiş otonomi şema alanının, bağlanma
biçimleri ile psikolojik ihtiyaç doyumlarının, romantik ilişki kalitesi üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 18-25 yaşları arasında yer alan,
beliren yetişkinlik dönemindeki 327 kız, 134 erkek olmak üzere toplam 461 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri-II (Selçuk, Günaydın, Sümer ve Uysal, 2005), Young Şema Ölçeği-Kısa Form 3 (Soygüt, Karaosmanoğlu ve Çakır, 2009), Psikolojik İhtiyaçlar Ölçeği (Eşici, 2014) ve Romantik İlişki Kalitesi Ölçeği (Eşici, 2014) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS 21 ve AMOS 18 paket programları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; bağlanma, romantik ilişki kalitesiyle doğrudan ve zedelenmiş otonomi şema alanı ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlar üzerinden dolaylı olarak, zedelenmiş otonomi şema alanı, romantik ilişki kalitesiyle doğrudan ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlar üzerinden dolaylı olarak ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlar, romantik ilişki kalitesiyle doğrudan ilişkili olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular literatür çerçevesinde tartışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bireylerin romantik ilişki kalitesinin kaygılı ve kaçınmacı bağlanma düzeyleri ile arasındaki ilişkide erken dönem uyumsuz şemalarından zedelenmiş otonominin aracılık etmesi bilişsel açıdan bireyin değerlendirilmesi ile ilişkili olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Yani bireyin bilişsel yapılarındaki değişimlerin veya olumsuz özelliklerin kaygılı ve kaçınmacı bağlanma durumlarıyla ilişkili olabileceği ve bu değişim veya olumsuz özelliklerin ise bireylerin romantik ilişki kalitesini negatif yönde etkileyebileceği düşünülmektedir.
