ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 UYGULAMALARININ ÖRGÜTSEL ÇEVİKLİK ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: KAVRAMSAL BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Dinamik çevre koşulları ve artan rekabet ortamında firmalar için hayatta kalmak gittikçe daha zor hale gelmektedir. Böyle bir ortamda firmaların değişim ve gelişimlerin farkında olarak buna ayak uydurmaları ve hızla aksiyon alabilmeleri önem arz etmektedir. Bunu mümkün kılan ise sahip oldukları örgütsel çevikliktir. Endüstri 4.0 firmalar için bir dijital dönüşüm başlatmıştır ve Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları firmanın çevredeki değişimlere uyumunun yanı sıra proaktif bir şekilde cevap verebilmelerini de sağlamaktadır. Dolayısıyla Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının örgütsel çevikliğin gelişmesinde önemli bir rolü olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak buna rağmen, bu ilişkiyle ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar kısıtlıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının örgütsel çeviklik üzerindeki etkisi ve önemini açıklamaktır. Bu doğrultuda, Endüstri 4.0 ile örgütsel çeviklik kavramları kapsamlı olarak incelenmiş ve ilgili literatür göz önüne alınarak açıklanan argümanlarla Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının örgütsel çevikliği geliştirmedeki rolü detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.
