PhD in Economics (University of Almería) and Economics Degree (Alcalá de Henares University, Madrid). He has more than 25 years of experience as full time professor at the School of Economics and Business. He also teaches in several masters and doctorate courses in Spanish, European and Latin-American Universities. He has been guest professor in numerous universities, such as the Catholic University of Chile (Chile), University of Santiago de Guayaquil (Ecuador), Andean University (Sucre-Bolivia), Kiev (Germany), Hame Polytecnic (Finland), Beira (Portugal), Quebec (Canada) and Miami (United States). Member of a research group in applied economics, focusing his research on the entrepreneurship, agricultural economic and local development. He has published several scientific articles and books focus on entrepreneurship. Among others, the following reviews can be highlighted: Spanish Journal, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Economics Research, Policy and Practice in Southern Africa, Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology, International Journal of Food and Agricultural Economics, Cepal Review, Journal of Food Products Marketing, Révue de l´Economie Méridionale or International Advances in Economic Research. Dr. De Pablo is the coordinator of RIBERESCO, Ibero-American Researchers Network at Social Entrepreneurship and Development and of the Master of Sustainable Local Development and Co-development.
